Home2 Suites by Hilton Somerset

The staff were VERY nice and quick to sort out each issue we ran into. The hotel had only been open for two weeks, so we understood there'd be some kinks to work out, lol. It's brand new and beautiful, and we loved room 120. We moved away from Somerset 8 months ago but came back to see friends and family. I'll request that room every 2 months when I return for my daughter's appointment.

Everything was perfect at this brand new hotel.

We got no refund, no apology, just a question about how our stay was and a hope we'd come back. After multiple attempts, there was no response. What a weekend: no sleep, no showers and no TV. Thanks, Hilton. We were told on arrival that the pool was closed because the hotel had opened just two days earlier. In room 215, the skid plate didn't line up, so the dead bolt didn't match or work. The TV internet wasn't working either. Staff said they reset it, and it finally came on after several hours. Then running and jumping by the national jump rope team above us interrupted our sleep. The front desk moved us right away to room 415 on the top floor, which was great news. But when we tried to shower, there was no water for up to 15 minutes, then just a trickle for about 5 minutes, then none again. We reported it once more and were told maintenance would look in about half an hour, if we were still in the room, lol.
