Riverview Inn & Suites

For the price, it was decent and pretty clean. The rooms are dated, and the heat struggled so much that it took most of the first day to warm the room up. The in-room Jacuzzi worked, but its water never got very hot.

Getting onto the highway takes only minutes, so it was easy to reach shopping, restaurants, and attractions or events in Providence, Fall River, and even the Cape. There's also a good restaurant and sports bar right across the parking lot. The place is quiet, safe, clean, and reasonably priced, with plenty of easy parking. Staff from management and the desk to housekeeping, including Ana and Maria, were incredibly helpful. There's a pool and laundry, and some rooms look out over the peaceful Lee's River. I planned on one night and ended up staying longer. I think it's a great value for what you get.

The kids couldn't use their PlayStation because we couldn't connect it, and the jetted tub was a joke. The sliding door let in so much draft that we had to turn the heat way up. There was only a tiny trash can in the bathroom. I stepped on glass by the pool, and even after the pool area was inspected and covered, all they said was sorry. The hotel is right by the highway, so traffic was all we heard through the night.

The rooms are kept up well and the prices are low. Whenever I talk with the employees, they're very sweet. But most visits, I have to call to reach someone at the front desk so I can check in. There's usually nobody there to greet you.
