The bed felt a little too firm for me, though I really enjoyed this cozy, quaint inn. It brought a Yellowstone cottage to mind. Coffee and tea are out all day and night, and there’s a simple breakfast at 7am with yogurt, some fruit, and prepared Danish. Quiet hours run from 10p to 7a.

For a quick overnight, this place is cozy and hard to beat for convenience. Wineries, breweries, and the steakhouse next door are all within walking distance. The inn is charming and has a lovely fireplace, though the rooms are pretty minimal. Expect self-serve service, with no one at the desk after 5pm, a tiny TV, and a shower that was lukewarm. Breakfast is basic cereal and bagels.

Very basic stay. The pillows were bad, there was no hair drier, and the walls are so thin I heard every word of the neighbors’ drunken conversation. The AC was really loud, there were no screens, and breakfast was minimal. There’s no staff after 5, and you have to lock the front door behind you.

The restaurant saloon is gorgeous, and the steaks were great. The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is great, and the restaurant is worth a visit. Breakfast was included too, though we would have preferred something else. I’d come back for dinner.

The place was clean, but the beds were like rocks, and the whole setup felt very odd. There was NEVER anyone around; you had to phone someone to get them to come over. We also had a key to the front door and were responsible for locking and unlocking it whenever we came and went. There aren’t many options in the area, but just know what you’re getting for $165 a night.
