The manager ignored my repeated calls over an entire month about the AC, heat, and fan all being broken. Then she said, “People gotta call us and tell us when something needs fixing, it’s not like we have a crystal ball!” I hope the new owners replace her. Bruce was cool, and I respect that he wanted to retire, but everyone since him has been worse. This place has always been kind of eh, and I only recommend it as a last resort. Fix things yourself, because Miss Girl isn't going to get them done for you. She's too busy shortening office hours and changing pool umbrellas. Very important work. She tooootally deserves her paycheck and isn't just taking money by showing up and doing nothing ;) She likes typing up redundant notes, printing them, and making maintenance tape them to our doors instead of doing actual repairs XD. She did it less than a week after I posted the main part of this review. Baby girl, we're not the ones who don't know how to put in a work order, that's you.

Finding a parking spot in front of your building is tough. They let junk cars sit in spaces and never move them, and don't monitor whether non-residents are using the spots. A neighbor could bring in three people with three cars of their own, and the office wouldn't do anything. If I could give zero stars, I would.

My family and I moved in about a week and a half ago, and despite the bad things we'd heard about the old manager, we've had nothing but great interactions. Sherry, the manager, is wonderful. She cares about the complex and the families here like they were her own. Trinity works in the office with her and was a trooper when I called a million times the day before we moved in to arrange PGE and Gas. There's another really nice woman in the office, but I haven't caught her name yet. The men who worked on the apartment were attentive and helpful in those first days, especially Elvis. They even tried to help with things that weren't really their job. I think my family will thrive here, and I'd definitely recommend it. We recently moved from a house, and I actually like this better.

This is the worst place I've ever stayed. Too many people at the apartment are doing drugs, I hear noises and nobody cares. There are no cameras, and I don't feel safe there. My clothes were put in the trash while I was doing laundry, and nobody seems to care at all.
