The hot tub at sunset was such a treat, with gorgeous views, no traffic or light pollution, and stars later on. We spent Saturday hiking and looking for river rocks, then popped over to The Vermont Country Store and had lunch at Joy Wah since Vermont is so close. Byll and Cheryl welcomed us warmly even though we arrived much later than planned. Their home is breathtaking, and the online photos really don’t capture it. We loved hearing how their custom-made home came to be, and Byll’s homemade breakfast was delicious. My husband and I had a wonderful time celebrating our first anniversary here.

The two nights we spent at Byll's and Cheryl's Bed & Breakfast made for a great break from city life. Their place is cozy, comfortable, clean, and full of thoughtful touches, with a remarkable view of the hills. Before we arrived, they stayed in touch with all the details we needed, including directions and ideas for nearby places to explore. Byll's delicious, generous breakfasts kept us going as we visited neighboring towns and villages. From the start, they made us feel like old friends, and we enjoyed talking with them. They also sent us home with homemade chocolate cookies and coffee, both delicious. And Hannah was a delight, such a loving, well-behaved dog. We’d happily return.

The hosts’ kindness and thoughtfulness made this a special stay, and the homemade breakfasts were delicious. The home’s unusual design, partly built into the earth, gives you beautiful mountain views from the big patio, common areas, and the large window in the comfortable private room. We loved the birds and the sound of the bubbling stream, plus the gardens and homemade chocolate treats. There was a lovable dog, too. We missed pool night, but this is a lovely place to unwind in New Hampshire.

We had a wonderful 10th anniversary here. 13 hills bed and breakfast is beautiful, the hosts were amazing, and both the views and breakfast were phenomenal.

The rooms and bathrooms were really clean and nice, and the house and hot tub both overlook the wilderness. The hosts were amazing, and they have the sweetest dog. Such an amazing airBnB.
