We came for the Saint Mary’s graduation and had a wonderful time at the restaurant and bar. Sue and Ingrid gave us fabulous service and great conversation, and the whole staff was friendly and welcoming. The construction remodel was a little disappointing at first, but it didn’t end up causing any problems. We’ll come back to enjoy their company again, and I’m looking forward to hearing about Ingrid’s upcoming trip to Japan.

The rooms were recently updated and felt comfortable and clean, and the staff were great. We loved the Grill. The lobby was being updated while we were there, and it looked stylish. It’d be so cool if they added car chargers.

Our flight delay changed our plans, so we never ended up staying at the Hilton. Booking.com was difficult to deal with and didn’t seem concerned about our situation, but the hotel staff worked with them and tried to sort things out. I still haven’t received the credit from Booking.com, but I really appreciate the staff’s efforts. If I’m ever in South Bend, I’ll stay here and book directly through the hotel, not booking.com. Thank you.

We’ve stayed at this nice, clean hotel four times while traveling through, and it has a decent restaurant and level 2 EV chargers. The only thing missing is recycling in the rooms. One warning: we thought we were calling the front desk to book, but reached a scam “boiler room” through a look-alike Google ad. The agent claimed the hotel was almost full before noon. We called a neighboring property and got the same story. High-pressure tactics got us to pay an extra $100, supposedly with breakfast included. Ha! The real front desk person apologized and said others had been tricked too. We did have a room, and she gave us a breakfast coupon as consolation. That was good service.

We were here for a hockey tournament, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating with our group. The hotel was very clean, and I have no complaints. We also had a great time at the bar with Ingrid, the bartender. Highly recommend!
