Extended Stay America Somerset Franklin

My husband and I are staying here for a month, and the efficiency is a big help since I like to cook my own meals. We absolutely love the beds, they're so comfortable. Crystal is the best front desk worker ever, especially since we travel a lot. Thanks to Jasbir for making sure everything is okay, and thank you to all the staff.

Jasbir and the staff were understanding, helpful, and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make our move into a new living situation comfortable. I'd recommend this Extended Stay on World's Fair Dr. In Somerset to anyone. Five stars for the manager and friendly staff.

I've stayed here for a total of about 3-4 months, in week-long stretches, and have had a good experience. The rooms are a bit old but very clean, with no bugs. I saw plenty of contractors and people with dogs, but none of the safety problems or sketchy people mentioned in some wild reviews, and I haven't had any issues myself. It's expensive for a stay under a week. For a week or a month, though, it's by far the best deal in town, even with about seven other hotels nearby. There are pricier options if that's what you want, but I highly recommend this place for the value. I'm glad I chose it because I've saved a lot of money and still had a good stay.

Jasbir, the General Manager, was incredibly attentive and went out of his way to make sure things were right. Ms. Crystal and Sheri also deserve a special mention for their warmth, care, and helpfulness. Really, the whole staff went above and beyond. My room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, the facilities were maintained well, and the surrounding area felt safe and convenient. I had a fantastic stay and will recommend this place to friends and family. I'll be back myself.
