La Tourelle Inn & Spa

Alissa at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and our room was very clean. The bathroom looked recently remodeled. The lobby fireplace was always going, and the snack and coffee bar added to the cozy feel. There was also a cute bar and lounge, though we didn't make time to use it. My boyfriend and I came for two nights to celebrate my birthday. The spot is great, just outside the city, with lovely countryside views and easy access to everything. My one suggestion is softer sheets. They felt like they might give me rug burn, though I have sensitive skin and most people probably wouldn't mind. I'd love to return in summer and try the spa and outdoor fire pits.

A charming, cozy inn with pleasant staff. The small spa is well equipped enough, with a sauna, steam room, and two relaxation rooms. EV charging is available if you ask, and I found the location fairly convenient. Cleanliness clearly matters here. I really enjoyed my stay and have no complaints.

We chose this place while visiting Ithaca College because we didn't want to stay in the city. Our room was spacious, with high ceilings, and the people running the inn were friendly. But book the spa ahead of time if you want to use it, everything was full when we arrived. Buttermilk Falls is about a four-minute drive away. I'd definitely return.

Our room faced the meadow and landscape, and it was wonderfully quiet. La Tourelle felt tucked away and private, even though it's close to Cornell and Ithaca. The room was excellent, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay. We'll definitely come back.
