Breakfast was well done, with plenty of options for everyone in our group. The staff were pleasant, and the lobby was clean and well maintained. The location also worked well for quick freeway access and public transportation and trains. There were some rough spots during our busy weekend. One of the two elevators was out, so getting to and from the higher floors meant long waits. The ceiling in our room showed water damage that hadn’t been repaired well. Getting hot water for the shower took about 45 minutes of running it full blast, which felt like a big waste in an area with severe drought. Even then, the water was only warm enough to shower, not hot. The restaurant selection was limited. It was supposed to open at 5 p.m., but was still closed at 6, with only the bar open. We had a 20% off meal coupon, but nobody seemed to know how to apply it, so we paid full price.

The hotel is easy to reach, just a five-minute walk from South Jordan Station and near the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium. Our room was clean, and the service was friendly. The front desk team is often praised for being welcoming and accommodating, and I found the stay comfortable and reliable. There’s free Wi-Fi and parking, an indoor pool, air-conditioned rooms, and an on-site restaurant, Jordan Gateway Grill, that’s well rated. Early check-ins, smooth bookings, and attentive service also seem to be part of the experience. Review scores are strong across platforms: 4.3 on Google, 4.5 on IHG, and 4.4 on Tripadvisor. For the price, comfort, and convenient location, I’d recommend it for business or leisure.

We held a business conference here, and it worked perfectly. It’s right off I-15 and easy to get to. The conference room fit our group, and lunch was awesome. Tyler made the whole process easy, and the friendly staff looked after us from check-in through the stay. Breakfast was good too. We’ll definitely consider holding our meetings here again.

That train running by at all hours of the night was the worst part. The track is right next to the hotel, and you hear the freeway too. They say the noise stops at midnight, but it doesn’t. We heard it at 1:30 a.m., 1:42, and 2. It felt like reliving My Cousin Vinny. The room itself was dark and unpleasant. They put us by the elevator, and wouldn’t move us. There was hair in the bathroom and no staff available to clean it again. No closet, no iron, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. They wouldn’t send anyone to fix it until morning. Even the lobby made a bad first impression, with beat-up furniture that should be replaced. This place is worn out. A horrible stay. I’d give it minus ten if I could. 🤦🏻♀️

Tyler Teran made sure the conference room was just right for our gathering this past Saturday. The space was clean and beautiful, and the two screens made it easy for everyone at the tables to see the Zoom meeting. Lunch was delicious, and the staff were attentive. I’d host another gathering there.
