There was no hot water for two days, then no water at all on the third. At 8pm they wanted to flush the hot water tank while we were still in the room, and I had to insist on being moved somewhere with running water. The website is misleading, the restaurant wasn't open, and there was no swim-up bar. Our room was dirty and stained, management didn't care, and breakfast looked like a health hazard. Book at your own risk.

Everyone was extremely nice, and we enjoyed our one-night stay. Still, the hotel is very old and the rooms haven't been updated. The price felt high and unreasonable for a place with no renovations. I wouldn't stay again, and for a longer visit I think another place would be better.

The place is run down and doesn't look worth the price. The rooms are okay, but the property needs remodeling and doesn't feel nice overall. It's a motel-like place calling itself a resort.

We really enjoyed relaxing out on the deck. The view was beautiful and the breeze made it so peaceful. Our three-bedroom penthouse was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again.

The parking was a mile away, and the rest of the stay was frustrating too. They require a $100 “deposit” at check-in, and it seems hard to get back because they'll find a small excuse to keep it. There are extra charges everywhere, even for an extra towel or basic amenities that should be included. Staff were cold and unhelpful, making us feel like they assumed the worst instead of welcoming us. The rooms are badly outdated, with stained carpets, peeling paint, and furniture that looks decades old. At these nightly rates, it feels like a rip-off. This resort is overpriced, neglected, and aggravating.
