Palm Beach Oceanfront Inn

It smelled awful, and the whole place felt like something from a horror movie. There was water damage on the ceiling, bare cement floors, and stripped wires hanging down. The sheets had sand in them, the phone didn’t work, and everything was stained. Beer cans were scattered around the parking lot. I’d rather sleep on a park bench. I wouldn’t let a cockroach stay there, either. I wish I could give it less than one star.

I’ve had a great time there a few times, and the beach is great for the price. I booked with AAA and paid around seventy, and the staff were very nice. Sure, once it falls into the ocean, they’ll put up a high-rise charging three hundred a night.

The ocean view was beautiful, but the food sucked and the rooms were terrible. There were hidden fees all over the place, so you’ve been warned. I should’ve read the reviews first. :-(

The beach access they promised wasn’t there because the stairs had washed away. There were cigarettes in the pool, and not enough lounge chairs for everyone. I heard people yelling at the front desk about the conditions, and people from more than one room left because the place was so bad. We were overcharged, and the hotel refuses to refund its mistake. I thought we were getting a deal, but felt lied to and stolen from. The place itself was awful. Don’t go here. That “what a deal” feeling won’t last.
