The room was noisy from other residents and barking animals, and there were fleas throughout it. Traffic noise was so loud it seemed as if the windows were open, though they were closed. The door only had the small deadbolt that opens with the door handle, with no chain or flip lock. There was no soap or shampoo, and no hot water. I ran it for about 25 minutes and it only got lukewarm, so nobody in my group could shower. I’ll never stay here again. I’m really disappointed in Wyndham for letting this place use its name. What’s shocking is that it had the most stars and highest rating on Wyndham’s website among the more affordable hotels in the area.

The rooms weren’t clean, with hair all over the place, including in the shower and on the floors. It was also VERY LOUD at night, from the highway, other guests, and the cheap hotel across the road. Expect planes overhead every 15 minutes from 3 a.m. to 7 a.m., and again from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Otherwise, things were generally okay.

I filed the following complaint about a violation involving my service animal for my hearing disability. I have a documented hearing disability and travel with my service dog, Pebbles. Pebbles is individually trained to alert me to sounds such as alarms and people at my door, tasks directly related to my disability. When I checked in on May 5, 2026, staff charged $50 to my debit card as a pet fee. I told them Pebbles is a service animal under the ADA and that a pet fee isn’t permitted, but they collected it anyway. Title III of the ADA expressly prohibits hotels from charging pet or cleaning fees for service animals. A service animal is not a pet. I’m asking the Department of Justice to investigate, require this establishment to come into full ADA compliance, and pursue an appropriate remedy, including reimbursement of the $50 unlawfully charged.

I’d give this place zero stars if I could. I booked a room for Valentine’s Day, but the front desk put it on the wrong date. The manager said he’d be there the next day, so I slept in my car because every other hotel was booked. The next day, a woman told me he was out of the country. THERE A SCAM 💯. DONT GO HERE
