That multi-course breakfast was delicious and looked beautiful too. We were in Waterbury for a wedding, and finding Evergreen Inn Bed and Breakfast so close by was a real treat. Jennifer and Brian were wonderfully accommodating, and the inn itself is lovely, with a relaxing setting and an easy trip into Waterbury. They’re five-star cooks as well as innkeepers!

The balcony made for a lovely quiet end to the day, just sitting out and looking at the stars. Our room was cozy and clean, and the whole inn has these beautiful, simple touches. We got there after dark following a long day of travel, but Jen and Brian were so warm, funny, and easy to talk to that I felt at ease right away. The place smelled wonderful, and breakfast was thoughtful, creative, and absolutely delicious. I’d love to come back next time I’m in town visiting family.

Jennifer and Brian were wonderful hosts, and breakfast was more like a full brunch. We had such a great stay at The Evergreen that we’ll be looking for an excuse to return. Highly recommend it.

Dinner in the “Bar shed” Brian built was a fun part of the stay, and we loved sitting by the fire pit with the frogs calling from the pond. We needed somewhere to relax and recharge on our way to Maine, and Evergreen B&B was just right. Jen and Brian made us feel welcome. The inn is beautiful, our room was spacious and clean, and the private grounds are nicely kept. Jen’s breakfast was generous and delicious. Thanks for a great visit!

Jennifer and Brian were so friendly, enthusiastic, and accommodating while I was there. Their home is lovely, and the peaceful, picturesque grounds made the stay even nicer. Jennifer's breakfasts are outstanding. I’m planning to come back.
