My first room had a problem, but the staff switched it without hesitation and checked afterward to make sure the new one was all right. They also gave me a complimentary dinner. From the moment I walked in, the smiles and welcoming attitude were there. I can't say enough about the great service. It helped make my photo shoot a success. Thank you!

Ciara at the front desk was SOO nice and helpful, and the rest of the staff were friendly too. The pool was awesome, and we had a great ocean view. For the price we paid, our week-long stay was great and the rooms were what I expected. Construction on some rooms' door walls was noisy in the morning, but it didn't bother us much. I'd come back.

My suite was comfortable and nice, and the customer service was great. I stayed around the start of November, near the time the hotel opened with new owners and management. I'd definitely stay again.

We love that it's Black owned. The theme and presentation were great, and you can feel the luxury and love put into the place. Beautiful rooms at an affordable price, and delicious food from Omar Mitchell. Great throughout!
