Breakfast was a highlight, with a nice buffet, an omelette station, breakfast meat and potatoes, and plenty of yogurt and oatmeal toppings. Sam was cheerful and attentive while serving us. We'd seen the hotel for years and finally tried it. Glad we did. The rooms were very nice, with super soft beds and a well-laid-out bathroom. The style felt classy but understated, and we had a good stay.

The staff stood out, especially Sam, who made breakfast feel uplifting. The elevator was fast, and I liked having real glasses in the room. The hotel had all the amenities we expected, and we used the gym, hot tub, tangos, business center, and our room!

I arrived for breakfast with only 20 minutes left, but Erica never made me feel rushed or overlooked. She hosted breakfast on January 14 and was attentive, polite, and professional. She's a lovely lady with a beautiful smile, and I appreciated her. The staff were excellent about responding quickly, giving detailed information, and answering my questions professionally. They even helped with directions for getting around outside the hotel. I used to live in the area 17 years ago, but had forgotten so much about the directions. We had a great dinner at Tango on our first night. The food was out-of-this-world delicious, and our server Sabra was top notch. The staff at the hotel were super helpful, our room was clean, and the bedding was so comfortable that we ordered the same pillows as soon as we woke up. The shower was excellent and had plenty of hot water. My son just moved very close by, so I'll definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay!

The hotel is beautiful, and we had a wonderful dinner at Tangos. Our waitress, Sabra, was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond for our six-year-old son. The food and drinks were great, and the service was amazing. I highly recommend the restaurant.
