A five day stay unexpectedly stretched to nearly three weeks, with us adding two or three days at a time because of circumstances beyond our control. He helped us throughout and kept our rooms next to each other or connected. As a mom, having the kids close meant everything. Even during high season with the hotel packed, he stayed calm and focused on keeping our family comfortable. Abdul was just as supportive, always checking if we needed anything in a way that felt sincere, not scripted. I also heard him showing the same natural kindness to other guests. Carlos at the restaurant remembered our drinks and preferences. When he saw us coming to breakfast, our table and drinks were ready without us needing to ask. That thoughtful attention made our mornings easier and helped us feel cared for. We stayed at The Westin Dallas Southlake for almost three weeks with our three kids and had three different rooms. Every room was spotless, comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. Housekeeping kept up with towels, cleanliness, organization, and replenishments each day. The entire team, from housekeeping and front office employees to managers and directors on duty, was attentive. Mr. Marwan’s leadership was clear in his regular presence, morning and night, and the care he took to make sure we were satisfied. The high standards he set seemed to carry through the team. The location was convenient for dining and shopping while still feeling calm and refined. A long family stay shows a hotel’s standards, and we felt valued and genuinely looked after throughout. Five stars in every category. We’ll absolutely return.
