Cliffside worked great for our wedding room block. They were really helpful, even pitching in to distribute our welcome bags. It's an affordable, high-quality choice for out-of-town guests, right on the water with lovely views and a pool. All our guests had a great stay.

Our condo was clean, cute, and really comfortable, with more than we needed. We loved the pool and private beach. We were nearby for a family wedding and would happily stay here again.

We were part of a destination wedding group of about 28 people, with eight condos rented, and stayed June 6-8, 2025. The location is wonderful, the beach is pretty big, and I even found beach glass and shells. Greenport was only five minutes away. Our two-bedroom condo, though, needs serious attention and wasn't worth what we paid. There were broken outlet covers, lukewarm water in the ensuite bathroom, and old shower heads with no handhelds. An outdoor furniture cushion was missing, and the bed was awful. You sink way down into the mattress when sitting on the side or lying back. A slat was missing on the front bedroom window's vertical blinds, leaving a five-inch gap facing the front parking lot. The pool was closed.

The grounds are beautiful, and the private beach with chairs was a big plus. These condos are in a perfect spot for a few days of visiting local wineries. They were very clean and came with all the amenities we needed, including extra bath towels, bed linens, and plenty of kitchen basics. Check-in was frustrating. The guaranteed 5pm check-in is a bit late, and we asked several times for early access but never heard from management. We also didn't get the check-in code until we called at 5:05 pm. We'd stay again overall.
