I've been out on the North and South Forks a few times a year, and I'll definitely stay here again. The rooms are clean, the location is just right, and the people working here are really nice. If you're after a quiet place on Long Island's North Fork, stop by and see them. This place is fantastic.

For a motel, this was a very good choice as a base for exploring the North Fork. The room was comfortable, and having a fridge and kitchen sink was useful. We liked sitting at the outdoor tables in the morning sun with coffee. Even though it's right on the highway, it was quiet enough inside to sleep. I'm glad we chose this instead of a fancier place or staying in Greenport. Southold coffee shops and restaurants were easy to reach, and there are wineries all around.

Colin is a wonderful person, and the hospitality was amazing. We loved him! The room was very clean, and the motel is in a great spot near the wineries, shopping, and just about everything, so there wasn't much driving to do.

Just what we needed: a quiet little motel across from the town beach, with lovely sunsets. Southold has a lot of charm. Don't miss the fresh fish market or the area's great restaurants.

We had a really nice weekend and would recommend this place for a getaway. Our room was right across from the beach, and it was lovely to sit outside among the greenery and flowers. The kitchenette worked perfectly for us since we were coming and going. There are a few things that could use tweaking, as is true in most places. Each room has its own outdoor table and chairs, and we found the BBQs in the big yard too. A nice touch.
