The Harbour Cottage Inn

HC Inn is a special, peaceful place, and everyone did a really nice job. The food was incredible, the service was great, and they gave me helpful guidance about the area. They also made several gluten-free items for me, and every one was excellent. Couldn't have asked for a better visit. I plan to come back and highly recommend it.

We spent a week at Harbour Cottage Inn, and Dora and Daniel made it feel like our own, much nicer, home away from home. The setting and location were lovely, the food was incredible, and the atmosphere was relaxing, with outstanding service and wonderful staff. It’s easily the most charming and wonderful BnB experience I’ve had. We can’t wait to visit again, and I’m pretty sure you won’t find a better place to stay in SWH and nearby. After long hikes, it was so nice to come back to a cozy inn, enjoy afternoon snacks, and wake up to a two-course breakfast. My husband and I stayed here during our Acadia honeymoon and loved how hospitable Dora was. She shared lots of lovely restaurant recommendations nearby, and we liked every one. We hope to come back someday!

Our group of five loved the Southwester Suite for a bachelorette trip. It was updated and clean while still feeling cozy, and having it next to the inn meant we could relax late without worrying about noise, with the lobby and restaurant only a few steps away if we needed anything. We looked forward to the coffee and snacks in the lobby in the evenings and especially loved breakfast. Daniel, the chef, easily handled the vegetarian and gluten restrictions in our group. Everyone’s already talking about another trip to the area and a return to Harbour Cottage Inn.
