The renovation looks tasteful and thoughtfully done. Check-in was easy, and the welcome came with a big, genuine smile. Always a great stay here. Keep up the good work.

The staff's kindness and care are what made this trip stand out. They went out of their way to help my daughter with a misplaced item, and I really appreciated their concern. The room and facilities were clean and better than I expected.

The pool and hot tub were kept up well, though the chlorine made our eyes burn. It's a closed-off space, so that may be part of it. We were only there to visit family, but the room was clean and very nice. The staff greeted us kindly as soon as we came in.

For a business trip, it was decent enough since we didn't spend much time there. With family, though, I could see the problems being more of an issue. We were there five days, and housekeeping never came by or refreshed our towels. That was manageable for work, but we'd have run short if we'd used the pool. The rooms varied across our group of coworkers: most were fine, but AC in a few rooms would shut off unpredictably. My room had no blanket when I arrived, and one coworker's TV was broken, cycling through the names of several guests the whole visit. There isn't a free breakfast, though there's a mini Starbucks in the lobby. Some food items were often unavailable, but the servers were lovely.
