There's no microwave, but the room does have a refrigerator. The $25 pet fee applies, and they put a room deposit on hold, which you get back if there's no damage. For our dog, they provided a potty bag area, an eating mat, a water bowl with a bottle of water, and a feeding dish with a dog ball in it. I've never seen that kind of setup at a pet-friendly motel or hotel before.

The carpets were stained everywhere, the linens smelled moldy, and the dark fabrics made the rooms feel even gloomier. Everything looked very outdated, and the stucco walls were in bad shape. I was too tired to take a closer look. It was paid for by a company, but I still wouldn't stay here again. For what it costs, maybe you get what you pay for, but this felt like a motel, not even a basic hotel. If you're used to a standard hotel stay, this isn't it. I wish I could say something positive.

The shampoo and conditioner were fabulous, and the bed, shower, and all the other accommodations felt five-star. Everything about the hotel was extraordinary. This is our new go-to when we're in the Reno area.

I've stayed here twice for work. Both rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet. They're dated, but come with a Keurig and a mini fridge. Parking is free, though not always convenient because the casino is in a separate building across the lot. The area seems safe, but I've heard the marina may not always be; I haven't had any trouble myself. I haven't eaten at the casino, but people have told me the restaurants are pretty good. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, and the other staff are welcoming too.
