The room was comfortable, and the location worked perfectly for my husband's commute. I stayed with him for a few days while he was here for work, then left. There was one hiccup, but they sorted it out right away, and they handled my mail and deliveries perfectly. The front desk ladies were always pleasant, helpful, and quick to take care of things. Safety is clearly a priority: no one could come in without a key, and people who tried were kicked out. I highly recommend this place. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

I booked five nights for work but finished in four. When I checked out on the fourth day, the receptionist told me there were no refunds and showed me the contract. Nobody had explained that unused days weren't refundable when I checked in. They just handed me a bunch of papers to initial and sign. Mgr Gregg said the hotel policy was in the contract, but to me, refusing a refund for days I didn't use is lame and unprofessional. As a business man, I'd only just started using Choice Hotels, but I won't anymore. This is stealing from your guest, pocketing money that doesn't belong to them. Shame on Gregg and the whole Woodspring Suite Policy writers. I know they don't care about this review, but they don't practice fair business.

If all you need is a place to sleep at a great rate, this place will do. But I've stayed at other low budget places that offered more. Cleaning service is only every two weeks, and they give you towels, shampoo, and soap at the bare minimum. There's no ice machine or tissues, and the toilet paper was half empty. The room had only the usual furniture and appliances.

The staff were kind and welcoming, and recommended a great place for dinner nearby. The location was good, close to plenty of entertainment and food. The room cleaning products were a problem for me, though. I have smell sensitivities, and even after the fan and AC had been running for several hours, the odor was still incredibly strong and irritating. There were a few smaller cleanliness and maintenance issues too: the floor corners hadn't been cleaned, the tub didn't drain, and there was minor wear and tear. Good enough for a short stay!
