We love this place and have visited twice, nine years apart. The scenic drive in has beautiful views and lots of wildlife. Our cabin was thoughtfully set up, with an outdoor grill, several places to sit outside, an outdoor shower, and the basics like a washer and dryer, microwave, and fridge. The bathroom has a huge shower and bathtub. It’s very family-friendly; we brought our six-month-old daughter this time. The pool area used to be fantastic, with a cafe, swim-up bar, water slides, and a lazy river. As of 2024, though, a lawsuit between residents and the investors who own the club area meant the cafe and bar were closed, and apparently the pool wasn’t being maintained as it should be. I hope the investors sell to someone who appreciates how beautiful the place is and brings it back to how it was. We’ll definitely return for a third visit.

This place is incredible, despite what some of these people say. The only real drawback is how far out in the sticks it is. Groceries are about a 30-minute drive away.
Chef Patrick and Miss Marie were some of the best people we met here. They looked after us so well, even staying open past closing time to take care of customers. Thanks so much for a great time!
We loved the quiet, beautiful setting, our private backyard, and the mini cabin. We’d booked a one-bedroom cabin, but it wasn’t big enough for four, so the staff worked with us and upgraded us to a two-bedroom. They made sure we had a great stay throughout. There are boat and golf cart rentals, plus an awesome pool and good service. Best Memorial Day weekend!
Our modern treehouse cabin had an upscale feel, and the grill served great food with a good drink selection and even better service. There’s lots to do, and it made for a terrific family vacation. The place is private and tucked away, so the drive out is a bit long, but well worth it.
