River House at the Trailhead

We’ve been living here for almost a year, and the view is a big part of what we love, along with the amenities and staff. Recently we needed bathroom maintenance, and Alec handled it promptly. He was considerate, kind, and knowledgeable, kept us updated throughout, did a great job, and cleaned up afterward. Thanks, Alec, for going above and beyond!

Our morning coffee comes with birdsong and a view of the river rushing by. Watching the sunset and hearing the water is so peaceful, and our spacious apartment, huge porch, and giant river-facing windows make it feel like we’re on vacation all the time. We call it “A River Runs Through It.” We’ve only been here a short while, but already love it. The community is well kept, the common areas are rigorously cleaned and maintained, and both the office and maintenance staff are helpful. The neighbors are friendly, too. We’ve lived in other apartments around greater Spokane, and we’re especially excited to spend the summer here.

Jazmine deserves a shoutout for the hard work she puts in here. She’s welcoming, quick to take care of things, and helpful whenever something comes up. You can see how much she cares about residents and takes pride in making this a nice community to live in. Her attitude and work ethic make every interaction a good one.
