The TV was unusable at first, and staff had to come fix it three times before replacing the whole set. The shower was just as bad: most of the water came from the tub spout, so the shower head had almost no pressure, and its pull tab felt so flimsy I worried it might snap if pulled too hard. The tub spout itself wasn't even attached to the wall. There was a strange smell, and I bleached nearly every surface before using it. I also strongly suspect people in the room below us were smoking drugs. I don't mean weed, and it definitely didn't smell like cigarettes. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person.

The shower only produced scalding water, no matter how it was set, and the AC didn't work. We could hear the neighbors through the door, and there was road noise too. The rooms smelled of marijuana. Outside, people who seem to live there long-term hang around looking threatening at all hours. It felt more like a halfway house than a hotel. Don't bring kids here, and don't pay hotel or inn prices for this kind of stay.

From April 3, 2026 to April 28, 2026, I had a quiet, clean stay here, with shopping complexes an easy walk away. The rooms were huge, and the hot water, microwave, fridge, and TV all worked perfectly. It was budget friendly, and the staff were polite. I highly recommend it.

They gave my disabled stepfather just 30 minutes' notice before renting his room to someone else, after he'd been staying there for more than a month and a half. He has nowhere to go, and they say they don't have another room for him. The police are always there. I wouldn't bring kids here. Spokane has plenty of hotels that are better for families. They may cost a little more, but the extra couple of dollars are worth it for your family's safety and your peace of mind.

The room was otherwise okay, but the bed was uncomfortable and the toilets and furniture were old and dated. People upstairs stomped around all day. They charged a daily pet fee for my service animal, then denied charging it. They also don't give you a receipt when you pay for the room.
