Hotel Indigo Spokane Downtown by IHG

Erika made us feel so welcome and turned the stay into something special. We celebrated my birthday here, and the suite was a great place to get together with friends. The staff were kind and accommodating, and the atmosphere was just right for a fun celebration. Thanks! ✨🙏🏼

We found plenty of dinner options by walking east along First Ave on a cold winter night, and the restaurant staff were welcoming and happy to handle special requests. If you have a particular room amenity in mind, call ahead. People arriving by car can use valet, with the vehicle kept in a safe place. This is our new favorite downtown Spokane stay. It’s a short walk from the better-known Davenport places, and the thoughtful, timeless design, roomy accommodations, and restaurant all work well. The staff are friendly in a way that suggests the hotel is well managed from the top down. If you’re the kind of traveler who finds memorable experiences in unexpected places, this little gem might suit you.

The bathrooms are huge, and the showers were great. The Hotel Indigo is beautiful, with lovely bathrooms and friendly staff. The rooms are fantastic for the price. Parking costs a lot, but I’d still recommend the hotel. Sadly, our car was broken into, though staff looked after us. There’s plenty nearby, including fist avenue coffee and the Jade Bar. I’d book here again, 10/10.

We used valet because parking around the hotel felt a little sketchy for leaving a car overnight, and it was worth the money. It made us feel a lot more comfortable. We had a really pleasant, memorable stay over Christmas, and it was affordable for that time of year. The rooms were very clean, modern, and felt new. Service was excellent, and the staff spoiled our cocker spaniel with lots of love. We’d definitely recommend it and plan to return.
