The building's condition will probably send us elsewhere next time we visit Spokane, even though the hotel staff were amazing. The breakfast was typical, as expected, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was pretty nice, with a comfortable bed and a roomy jacuzzi tub for two. The biggest problem was that the room wasn't level. Half of it seemed to slope downward by at least 5 degrees, which made walking difficult when tired. The slant also kept the shower door from closing all the way. We had another recurring hassle: every morning during our three-night stay, we had to get our cards reactivated to enter the building and our room. Personally, we probably won't stay here again.

I had a great stay in a clean, comfortable two-queen room for $70. The hotel layout is a little odd and took me a moment to figure out how to reach the room. In the morning there was continental breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, and assorted other items. The TV was nice and had a decent number of channels.

It was an okay stay, and I wish I could give it more stars. Our room was a basic motel room, nothing special. There was black mold around the shower dial, though the rest of the room was very clean. Service was great, and there was plenty of food, with a limited selection. More fruit choices would've been nice.

The room was so peaceful and quiet, it made for a perfect getaway. We booked a staycation and got a lovely suite with a gorgeous, comfortable king-size bed. We relaxed in the private mirrored Jacuzzi, with heat and soft lighting, then had morning coffee in the living room. Breakfast was delicious, and there was more fresh-roast coffee afterward.

The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff did a great job. The breakfast team were fantastic too, very friendly and accommodating. At first I was unsure because the hotel looked a little dated. I reserved two rooms, but they couldn't put them next to each other, something I should have checked beforehand. At least they were on the same floor, just a short walk down the hall.
