Sleep Inn Spokane Airport

We got a surprisingly cheap rate for that time of year through a third party. The hotel is right off I-90, which made it convenient, and the location was quiet too. We stayed one night last summer on the way back from a road trip. The pool and hot tub area were clean, the room was comfortable, the lobby looked nice, and the staff were friendly. A very pleasant stop.

I’ve stayed here twice for work, a week each time, and the rooms have been spacious, clean, and well looked after by housekeeping. They’ve had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, and the staff have always been polite and accommodating. There’s plenty of parking, plus a small grocery shop with food and drinks, a bar, and a pool and hot tub. Both have an assisted entry chair for wheelchair users. Breakfast is included and has been delicious: scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, potatoes, fruit, apple or orange juice, protein bars, scones, and coffee. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, they serve soup from around 5 pm. I’d recommend the place to anyone visiting the Spokane or Cheney area, or just stopping for the night off the highway.

The front desk friendliness is probably my favorite part. I stay here for work and really like the place. Breakfast is decent and there’s always something hot. In the evening they put out complimentary soup and cookies at dinnertime, which is great if you’ve got a sweet tooth.

Noel was amazing. She made the place feel like home, baked cookies for guests every night she worked, and went out of her way to welcome everyone. She’s a pro at her job. Everyone I encountered was friendly, and the shuttle was useful. When it wasn’t available, they arranged an Uber. The area was fairly quiet too. My only complaint is housekeeping. I requested service, but nobody touched my room, so I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. I’d still recommend staying here.
