The staff made me feel welcome right away, and I left feeling relaxed after the weekend. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Whenever I’m in Spokane, I’ll stay here again because I know I’ll be welcomed and have a clean room. Thanks for a restful stay.

The people and food are what keep bringing me back when I pass through, which I do fairly regularly. Staff are lovely, really friendly and knowledgeable, and easy to have a great conversation with. The food has been top marks every time, especially the French Toast. The hotel itself is nice too, with comfortable beds, amazing showers, and a clean fitness center.

We were in town for the weekend as a hockey team, and they made us feel welcome. The whole staff was friendly, especially the bartender, who was phenomenal. After just one night she remembered drink orders for more than six of us. 10/10 hotel, 100/10 bartender.

I really liked this new hotel and our room was very comfortable, so I’d stay again. DAZ and TODD were great, and Todd eventually brought us the sheets we asked for so we could change them ourselves, since housekeeping wasn’t provided daily. We also wanted to buy food and drinks from the market with cash, but Crystal and the woman at the restaurant weren’t helpful. Honestly, they both need customer service training. That’s why I’m giving four stars.

We caught a 5 AM flight and the hotel arranged transportation to the airport at 3:30 AM, which was a big help. It’s close to Spokane International Airport, and the staff were cheerful and very accommodating. Our room was comfortable and affordable. The small restaurant and bar were convenient for a light dinner. We’d gladly stay here again and recommend it.
