The extras made this Best Western Plus City Center stay feel especially welcoming. I appreciated the secure, heated indoor parking, and coming back to fresh cookies in the lobby in the evening was a lovely touch. The staff were warm and genuinely went out of their way to make me comfortable. My room was spotless and fresh, with a modern feel, comfortable bed, and quality linens. Breakfast was far beyond the usual free hotel spread: a hot buffet with plenty of variety, including hollandaise sauce for making eggs Benedict. The location is hard to beat, right across from the Spokane Convention Center and an easy scenic walk to Riverfront Park and the First Interstate Center for the Arts. Great for a conference or a show. I had a terrific stay.

The manager personally brought my iPad to The Podium after I accidentally left it in the room. I was at my track meet and needed it to film my team, so I was really grateful. She was incredibly kind and wouldn't accept money when I offered. She handled the whole thing helpfully and straightforwardly. The Best Western Plus City Center was clean and comfortable, and checking in and out was easy. I'd definitely stay there again when I'm in Spokane.

Parking in their lot turned out to be free, despite what I'd read on some site. The bed was firm, and since our room faced the road, we heard some traffic. Next time I'd ask for a room on the other side of the building. Restaurants, the theater, and Riverfront park are an easy walk away.

I felt comfortable and welcome as soon as I walked in. The owners seem to pay real attention to making a stay feel right, and the BW staff and location added to that feeling. The room was amazing too. There are lots of places to stay, but few have this kind of warm welcome. I'll be back.

The hotel was clean, had a very nice atmosphere, and offered free breakfast, but the reservation mistake cost me. I was supposed to arrive Sunday night after work and stay through Wednesday. The receptionist entered it wrong, and when I got there, my booking wasn't right. Manager Meredith was rude about my concerns and not helpful at all. I'd set aside the amount I'd been quoted, so I had to rearrange my finances and delay another bill to pay for the front desk's mistake. I'll never stay here again.
