Best Western Plus Spokane North

The room was clean and really nice, and I loved that they welcomed our dog so warmly. They had treats and poop bags waiting for us, which means a lot since it's hard to find a hotel that cares about pets. Coffee was available anytime, and the afternoon cookies were a great touch. The hotel smelled amazing too. The front desk woman, I think her name was Lilly, was fantastic. She made check-in easy and comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel.

The staff have been super friendly and accommodating, and they handle my kids' natural rowdiness really well. The kitchen staff even let me wash dishes in their kitchen. Rooms are clean, the coffee bar is awesome, and breakfast is great. We've stayed here 4/7 days a week for the last three weeks, and it's been great for a long stay. This is by far the best hotel I've stayed in. I'd give the location ☆4/5☆ only because it's Spokane. It's easy to find and close to most stores. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone staying several weeks at a time.

The service was great, the rooms were clean and modern, and the beds and linens were comfortable. Breakfast was a decent hot meal, and there was lots of free parking. They even accommodated our second vehicle, a large u haul. There are plenty of good food options nearby. I highly recommend the hotel and will stay here again if I'm in the area.

The little touches helped make it a great night, and I'll be back. I loved the makeup towel, the lit-up room number that was easy to spot at night, and the bathroom tub's anti-slip rubber mat. The shampoo and conditioner were installed dispensers, but the conditioner was very watery, so bring your own if you want a good one. My spacious room had a side table I liked, though it was the right height for the couch/hida bed and too short for the bed. There was a multiple charger cord, but I couldn't use it because it didn't have a C charger. The heated pool was too cold, and the hot tub wasn't very hot. Only a couple of jets worked, at one end. The breakfast was better than I expected. Yogurt came from a machine and there was only one kind. The bacon was thin and crisp, the scrambled eggs a little watery but better than dry, and my biscuit was very moist with gravy. I also loved the variety of drinks and the hot cocoa/coffee machine. You choose the drink and size, put your cup on the lit-up holder, and press start. It's easy to use. You can get Dominos delivered to your room, even though the app doesn't say so. I called to check, and they do deliver there, which is good to know when traveling with kids or if you don't want to leave the room.
