The pool and hot tub were just what we needed, and the pool stays open around the clock unless parents decide otherwise. We arrived late with no reservation, two worn-out toddlers, and our two big dogs. Other hotels along our six-hour drive either wouldn't take dogs or charged over $100. The room was clean, with no perfume or dirty smells, and the beds were comfy. Breakfast had plenty of decent options too. We'd definitely stay again.

The shower head was already oddly positioned, and when I tried to adjust it, water went everywhere. I kept it pointed down just to shower, but rinsing my hair sent water over the curtain and onto the ceiling, door, walls, toilet paper, and my clean clothes on the closed toilet seat. I ended up dressing in wet clothes to go out into 10° weather while it was still snowing and windy. My husband told the desk, and the response was, “Yup, I can let maintenance know.” The man who checked me in had been very polite and friendly, but that didn't help when the shower wasn't working properly and the issue went nowhere. I was still fatigued after being sick and didn't have the energy to argue with the woman at the desk. I paid for one Friday night and expected a clean, friendly hotel where things worked. I always leave rooms tidy, gather used towels, and tie up my garbage, so this frustration and uncomfortable situation wasn't worth the price. I'll drive farther next time and stay somewhere else.

I've never stayed at a better Best Western. The room was spotless, and everyone on staff was hospitable and polite. It'll be tough to top this place.

A snowstorm left the highway impassable, so I managed to get a last-minute room for my daughter and me. The staff were super friendly, the room was clean, and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was an amazing spread. What could've been a disastrous night turned into a fun memory.

Had a great stay. The food was good, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. I left my AirPods in the sheets, and they mailed them back to me. Thanks for making our stay a good one.
