Courtyard By Marriott Fayetteville Fort Bragg Spring Lake

The location is convenient if you’re visiting Ft. Bragg, but I wouldn’t come back for the comfort or amenities. The bed was too hard, and the old, flat pillows were awful. Somehow the bathroom towel was thicker than the thickest pillow. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The room was clean and the location was nice, but the beds were too firm. The pool was my biggest disappointment. The website says it’s heated, and before booking on the same day as check-in, I confirmed with an employee that it was heated. The water was cold. I told a front desk clerk, who said they only heat the pool during cold months and there was nothing she could do. I asked for a discount because both the website and an employee had given me wrong information. She said no, and that her manager wouldn’t offer one either. The clerk said the only way I could be accommodated was by becoming a Marriott member to get extra points for the misinformation. A heated pool was one of the main reasons I picked this hotel.

We got there around 9 PM and Robert welcomed us with exceptional service right from the start. The Courtyard was clean and well kept, and feels like a hidden gem. The service was far above what I usually expect from a Courtyard. This is by far the best Courtyard I’ve visited. Thank you!

The room had a good amount of space, with enough room for storage and in the bathroom. The whole team was great, from Miriah to Tara and Bailey and the others. They were welcoming and helpful, and kept going out of their way to make my stay comfortable and better than satisfactory.
