The carpet could use replacing. I tested my blackout light and saw what it looked like. Aside from that, the room was good and the water pressure was great. I skipped breakfast, and the hotel bar was quiet. The bartender was professional. Check-in was quick and easy, with a very professional gentleman at the desk. Check-out was just as smooth.

The shower and toilet both had very low water pressure, which was our only complaint. Everything else made for a great one-night stay. The location was convenient, with plenty to do nearby, and the room and hotel were clean. The staff were very nice, and for the price it was a good value. We’d stay again if we’re in the area.

The customer service in the morning was awful, and the employees had bad attitudes. My room was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned. The door was a struggle to open every time I came back. The toilet was clogged, and when I called, they told me to come get a plunger. I’ve been calling the general manager all day and leaving voicemails, but still haven’t heard back. When I asked for a better room, after paying for a clean, nice one, they offered only rewards and snacks. I’m never staying at this hotel again.

For me, the people can make or break a hotel stay, and the staff here made mine enjoyable. The front desk team are phenomenal, especially Nicole, and the restaurant and bar staff are just as great.

The room was clean, everything worked, and it smelled fresh. The AC was blasting and the water pressure was good. The front desk greeted me with a smile and was helpful. Cecilia was the definition of hospitality, the way she treated customers in the morning was amazing. Just know breakfast costs extra. That was the surprise. Besides that, everything was five stars.
