For a business trip, it did the job at the low rate I paid. The heat and AC worked well. My room didn’t have a closet or a safe, though.

The rooms are okay for what this hotel costs. What really stood out was the service: the owner and staff were so friendly and willing to help.

At around 1 a.m., after five other hotels told us they were full, this place had a room for two. We were relieved, and the manager was there to greet us when we arrived. He was kind and professional, and gave us an amazing late booking price. Parking was pretty full, but he kindly let us park beside his Tesla 🤗. We'd been left with nowhere to stay after a mess at Days Inn in Shenandoah. I'd booked through booking.com a month ahead, but when we arrived around midnight to check in, the employee said there were no rooms available, then quit on the spot. This manager saved our mini vacation from being ruined and us having to go home. Best customer service and hotel. I'd give them 10/10 if I could.

I’m planning to come back in a couple of weeks. The room was clean, and it was quiet most of the time. The freeway wasn’t too bothersome, and being about three minutes from work was handy. There’s a fridge in the room but no coffee maker, which was fine since Starbucks is in the same lot. The Starbucks staff were really good, too. I brought Clorox wipes and wiped down the room. I didn’t find dirt or grime on the shower, tables, sink, or toilet. The worst grime was on the desk chair. It’s a motel.
