We had a great stay at SureStay by Best Western in Spring, Texas. It's clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the welcoming, friendly staff made the experience even better. Breakfast is simple but convenient, with what you need to start the day. I'd happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I had to leave immediately at midnight when I discovered an infestation, and I wouldn't trust any of the hotel's rooms, even though they offered to move me. Bugs were crawling over me and my clothes, and there were more all over the floor. The area also had a sketchy vibe. Avoid this hotel if you don't want to wake up covered in bugs. They kept 1 day of my money instead of refunding it all like they should have.

I’m still waiting to get into a room after 30 minutes, and it’s freezing. I tried booking five nights through oomph be, but the site was taking forever, so I went to trip.com. Card trouble meant I couldn’t pay online. When I offered cash, they said they couldn’t match the price and would charge the full rate instead, 337 rather than 278.79. They claim to price match, but that wasn’t my experience. I’m dumbfounded.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Everything felt new and updated. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and relaxed by the pool after sightseeing. The location worked perfectly for us, with attractions and restaurants easy to get to. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it and come back.

Room 309 was fresh and remodeled, and even though I booked a smoking room, it smelled clean when I walked in. The bed was comfy, the pillows fluffy, and I loved the roll-around chair. The staff were nice and didn’t hurry me out at 11. This is my new favorite hotel in the Houston area. Hope my five stars help, and thanks y’all for keeping up the good work.
