Value Place Springdale

I've been at the ESA in Springdale, AR for nearly a month and have decided to extend my stay. I originally planned to remain only until I found a rental, but I've been so comfortable here that it's hard to justify renting and furnishing a home when ESA provides so much. The staff are outstanding, and GM Kalyn is fantastic. She knows everyone by name and makes the place feel like a community. I can't say enough good things about her, the staff, and how comfortable this location is.

They truly care about guests and the property. Management, staff, maintenance, and all the employees are amazing, and they're ready and willing to help with problems or information. I'd sincerely suggest staying here whether your trip is for business or pleasure.

The room hadn't been properly cleaned and was dirty when I checked in. From the start, the staff were rude and unprofessional. They overcharged for the stay, and when my bd questioned it, they were dismissive instead of helpful. Their approach to guests felt unprofessional too, as they seemed quick to kick people out rather than resolve issues. The place doesn't match what's advertised, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I've been staying here for a month, and Kaitlyn has been good about addressing any concerns or problems I've had. She works hard to keep things fixed and running properly. I've had a great stay.
