The breakfast was better than the basic offerings at other motels in the same price range, and I’d definitely recommend this place. Our host was extremely friendly, upgraded our room for free, and came to help with a laundry room issue at 10 pm. Great place to stay!

This was easily the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. There was hair on the sheets, broken furniture, and mattresses as hard as rocks. The room also had tumbleweeds and dirt under the table that hadn’t been swept up, drink residue on surfaces that wasn’t ours, garbage in the shower corner, and a coffee tray that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, with grounds scattered over it. There were footprints on the walls, and the curtains had a cigarette hole. The breakfast area was just as filthy as the room, including the trash can near the food. We had to buy food at the local Safeway instead. Do not stay here.

The rooms were relaxing and cleaned every day, and the owners were really nice. This is the best place I’ve ever booked. I’d recommend it to anyone coming here for work or just passing through. Amazing hotel!

The two nights here were the most miserable I’ve ever spent in a motel, and I’m 70 with many hotel stays behind me. My husband and I got maybe three hours of good sleep each night. On the first night, people above us were extremely loud; the second night, it was guests two doors down. They banged, stomped, argued, laughed, talked loudly, slammed car doors, threatened each other, tried to break down a door, and threw beer bottles. The room looked okay at first, but then I noticed a cigarette hole in the curtains, dry drips down the wall, and what looked like a dried booger. The towels were stained and rough. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable, and I couldn’t even use the lumpy pillows. The AC quit after five minutes on the second night, and the hair dryer stopped before I’d finished drying my hair. There was nowhere to put soap or shampoo in the shower. We’ll never stay again. I guess you get what you pay for, but this wasn’t worth the few dollars we saved.

We paid a fair price for room #115, which had a small table and chairs and a microwave, but there was no breakfast. The remodeled room looked like more work was planned, with materials on pallets. The shower smelled moldy, though I believe that can happen in humid conditions. The ice machine and washroom were good, but the public washer was very dirty and could use a cleaning. The manager was superb, and it was nice seeing his little man. He was out early checking the parking lot and doing his general duties. It was a decent place to shelter during a rainstorm, but definitely not a five-star chain hotel. Good enough for a very small town.
