Kiki made check-in quick and easy. She was kind and funny, and I appreciated how efficiently she got me to my room when all I wanted was to rest. The food options aren't ideal. I would've liked some free breakfast, even just bread, cereal, and juice. I have business to handle and no time to sit down and order at a restaurant.

I wasn't the one who booked the room. The bathroom floor was sticky and dirty. Staff tried cleaning it, and it was better for the most part afterward. I skipped breakfast at the Bistro because it was too expensive.

The older blonde woman at the front desk barely looked up or spoke when I greeted her with a good morning, even before I mentioned the broken coffee maker. There was only one coffee cup in the room, no complimentary breakfast, and Starbucks coffee has to be bought. On Saturdays it doesn't open until 7 am. I'm done with Marriott and will stay at Hilton from now on.

I was here Monday through Friday for a business trip and found it good value. The hotel is near the airport, restaurants, and gas stations, and both the grounds and interior were clean. My spacious room had a clean balcony, and the fridge and A/C worked fine. There was plenty of hot water and the shower head was good, though the drain ran a little slowly. The internet was fast and only dropped once.

The hotel was clean and the beds comfortable, and I picked it for its proximity to the airport. Breakfast is another matter. The Bistro staff were slow and inattentive, and as someone with diabetes who works out in the mornings, I need a morning meal. I'll make other plans next time, probably stay at a Hampton or Holiday Inn and Uber to the airport.
