Hilton Garden Inn Springfield

The location makes it easy to get around to everything. The hotel has been updated, and the rooms look much nicer than I remember. The lobby was roomy and clean, and the gym was nice; the pool area was adequate. Service could use some work, since the front desk didn’t recognize my diamond membership. I wasn’t impressed with the restaurant food, and breakfast was only okay.

The downstairs restaurant and bar made this stay for me. The staff were so friendly, and the food was much better than I expected. I loved the wild mushroom ravioli with a perfectly cooked salmon fillet, and the warm apple pie with vanilla ice cream was heavenly. Carlo made fresh, high-quality margaritas, and Andrea was such a warm, friendly server. Thanks as well to chef Carl for the great dishes. I added another night just so I could have dinner downstairs again. My room was beautiful, quiet, and had really good air quality. I’m picky about that because I’m used to sleeping with open windows and fresh air, but I was comfortable here. The climate controls worked well, and I could adjust the airflow and temperature to stay cool overnight. There was even a separate motorized exhaust fan in the bathroom, so it didn’t get stuffy or humid after a shower. The Hilton garden inn is seven years old, but it looked brand new and was very clean. Really enjoyed my stay.

I spent three weeks here for work and felt at home. The renovated rooms were welcoming, and housekeeping was excellent, always bringing anything I asked for. Breakfast came out quickly and tasted great. Judy, the hotel manager, is a gem. She really makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Bianca and Mike at the front desk were wonderful too. Thanks to the whole team!

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Springfield and would choose it again on my next trip. The staff were friendly and professional, and went out of their way to make me feel looked after. My room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, a nice place to unwind after a long day. The location is convenient, with easy access to what you need around the area. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting.
