For what we paid, this place is hard to beat. The rooms have been updated and didn't smell bad, and the woman on staff was helpful and kind while clearly meaning business. The place was well lit and had security cameras, so we felt okay about our safety and belongings. It's conveniently right next to Flora Farms Marijuana Dispensary. (420 tip.) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been traveling for work in the healthcare field, and this lady and her husband have never let me down. They're really sweet, good people, and the hotel is such a comfortable place to stay. I highly recommend them and will definitely come back!

The staff were very rude, the ice machine didn't work, and you aren't allowed visitors. They'd barge into rooms without permission or force their way in even after being told no. They also tried to keep our deposit despite how clean we left the room. My husband had to say he was calling the police before they returned it. Then they told him not to threaten them with the police and said he couldn't come back. The rooms are nasty and they have very few guests. The curtains were badly stained, possibly from cigarettes or water damage, and there weren't enough towels. Pull back the sheets and the beds and sheets have burn holes all through them. If I could give zero stars, I would. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Do not go here.

The Plaza Inn makes it easy to get to everything Springfield Missouri has to offer, and the price is very affordable. The rooms are excellent, and the service made my stay feel warm and welcoming. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it, and it feels like my home away from home whenever I'm in town.
