Microtel Inn & Suites Springville

The rooms, hallways, and common room were super clean. We spent two nights here, and it felt like home thanks to the friendliest staff I've ever met. I'll definitely return.

For a trip to rural NY, finding a hotel was a challenge, but I came across the Microtel in Springville. It turned out to be a surprisingly great experience. The town itself felt homey and comfortable for a stay, and the hotel was incredibly clean, organized, and comfortable. It isn't big city fancy, and it didn't need to be for me. The staff worked hard and seemed quick to take on whatever needed doing. I was treated respectfully and with a nice dose of kindness from my inquiry through check-in and checkout. Zach handled my inquiry, check-in, and local questions professionally and kindly. He clearly cares about the facility, how it looks, and how it functions. Later, a replacement at the front desk was just as kind, and a young man passing through the lobby while doing outdoor detail work was friendly and welcoming. Thanks for making this a positive trip!

A shout-out to my man TJ for his patience and professionalism. My family and I arrived late with mistakes in our reservations, and we were already stressed because we were in town for a funeral. Communication isn't our strongest point, but the staff were amazing and stayed calm in the middle of it all. I wish I could give customer service 6 stars.

Clean and affordable, with easy check-in and free breakfast. It's about 20 minutes from Holiday Valley and 30 minutes from Buffalo, with easy access to both. There are fast food places nearby, but not many restaurants.
