Sunny was especially gracious and helped us get back into our room after we accidentally locked ourselves out. We had a lovely long weekend at the Historic Sevilla House. Our room was roomy and charming, with a private entrance if we wanted to use it. The location made it easy to walk to the attractions we had in mind, while being far enough from the tourist area to stay peaceful at night. We hope to return soon.

Sunny and Roma made us feel at home, like we were staying with family. The rooms each have a newly updated private bathroom, and there’s coffee and snacks available around the clock. We also appreciated the private parking on site. It was a perfect historic inn and a great value. We’ll definitely be back.

The house was cozy, quiet, and impeccably clean, and Sunny was a delightful owner and host. We spent two nights there for Night of Lights and found it to be a hidden gem and a great value. Coffee, tea, cookies, and snacks were available 24 hours a day. We’ll stay here again.

The owners were sweet and nice, but checking in was a problem. They were hard to reach, and nobody answered the doorbell. The room itself was fine, and the location is close to the famous St. Augustine venues. There are nearer, better venues that are definitely worth the money, though. The rear stairs were rotted and felt like a serious hazard.

The host was kind and helpful, and I’d recommend this place. It was a really nice, clean, charming stay, and I loved sitting out on the balcony. Just keep in mind it’s not a bed and breakfast, since there’s no breakfast.
