The ocean view from our third-floor room was spectacular, and the front desk team greeted us warmly and were genuinely kind. Those were the highlights. The hotel feels dated, and our room had a stale, musty odor and wasn't fully clean, which let us down. It has a lot going for it because of the location, but the rooms need a thorough cleaning and updating. Without the view and friendly staff, I would have rated the stay much lower.

Being able to get to the beach so easily made for a really relaxing stay. Our second-floor room had a decent view of it, though we'll try the third floor next time for a better one. The hotel was comfortable and well located, and we'd gladly recommend it. We enjoyed our visit and plan to come back soon.

We loved our three days at Ocean view Lodge and are definitely coming back. Michelle at reception greeted us with a warm smile whenever we came through the lobby, and the customer service was excellent. Help was always available when we needed it, and everything was handled quickly. The housekeeping was super good too. When we arrived, the floors and desks were spotless, everything was organized, and the hotel was clearly well maintained.

The quiet, peaceful setting was lovely, and it's only about 10 minutes from town. This was my first time at Oceanview Lodge, but we plan to return. We had coffee on the patio while watching the sunrise over the ocean, and the third-floor view was the best. Every room faces the ocean. The building is older and has some charm, and our room was very clean. The staff were wonderful, especially Michelle, who looked after us in such a friendly, sincere way and made us feel at home.

Loved the view from our balcony and the area was perfect. The room was clean and had everything we needed, including makeup remover wipes. Breakfast had better options than I expected. I'd come back!
