We only stayed one night, but a couple in a neighboring room had a loud fight through the night, and it was hard to sleep. Someone else in the building called the police around 6:00 a.m. The front desk seemed completely unaware when I brought up how unsafe we'd felt. The response was dismissive, saying people had “gone crazy after the COVID pandemic,” which didn't feel professional or reassuring. The rooms have poor soundproofing. You can hear noise very clearly, even little sounds like phone chargers being plugged in. From this experience, I wouldn't recommend the property to families or anyone wanting a quiet, safe stay.

Wow, fantastic hotel. They don't serve breakfast, just coffee and a few small danishes. But man, everything was spotless, from the bedding and bathroom to the whole place. Check-in through check-out was great, and the price was reasonable.

For the price, I was really impressed with the place. Everything was amazing and super clean except for the floor. You should feel okay walking barefoot in a hotel or motel, especially when it's a bedroom on the road. I'm sharing these photos so management can make the needed changes for the future.

This is a workable budget stay near St. Augustine, and it was by far the cheapest option during a busy holiday week. The room was in good shape and clean, but the AC had a musty smell, probably from overdue filter changes, which I suppose is common at cheaper places. The toilet was funky and needed plunging. The front desk didn't seem to have a sanitary way to handle that without housekeeping, which sucked. Breakfast amounted to a packaged muffin and watered-down coffee. A few cheap fixes could make a big difference. The buildings don't connect by walkways on the second floor, and it was hard to find the right rooms. The building numbers are gray on gray at the doors and hard to see at night. Basic signs showing which rooms are in each building would probably cost about $15. I'm surprised they haven't added them, since it could slow down an EMS response. The shower needs proper caulking, and the AC filters need changing on time. Otherwise, a solid spot for the price.
