We’re already hoping to come back to this complex on our next St Augustine visit. The condos are spacious, clean, orderly, and well stocked, right on the beach. There are restaurants nearby, and historic downtown St Augustine is a quick drive north on A1A. Winn Dixie is a block away for groceries or a cold adult beverage to enjoy on the balcony while listening to the waves. Kukaburro coffee shop is a couple of minutes away and has excellent coffee. The parking lot is gated, though the area feels completely safe anyway. Check-in and checkout were the smoothest my wife and I have ever experienced. They emailed the checkout instructions that morning and asked us to take out the trash or load the dishwasher only if we had time, with no worries if we were busy. This group is awesome.

Once we got the correct unit number, we finally got inside and onto the WiFi. The condo itself was very clean, and the beds were really comfortable. But getting started was rough: we were given the wrong unit number, then the wrong address and WiFi password. We were three people and ran short on bath cloths, so more would help. The balcony needs comfortable chairs, and the sofa in unit 237 was so uncomfortable. An armchair would be good, too.

The location and complex are great, and this is one of the best spots on the beach. My favorite remodeled units are 241 and 350. Unit 350 faces right out over the ocean and has a wraparound balcony.
