We picked this place knowing it wasn't right on the beach, which helped keep the cost down a little. The condo itself was excellent, and there are two pools to choose from. Publix isn't far, and there's a vehicle access point to the beach nearby. We stayed here for our family's summer vacation.
Unit 205 had really high-quality furnishings and a lovely view over the pool. The beach was easy to reach on foot.
Our unit was nicely laid out and roomy enough for the three of us. Getting to the beach meant following a long, winding path beside another complex, so it was confusing. We went out for a walk the night before and found the route in advance. We didn't use the pool, but it looked well maintained.
We rented several units here for a family reunion, which worked well for our large group. The building has the usual Florida beachside look, and the outside is pretty plain. Our units weren't on the beach, and as far as I could tell, they didn't have beach views. The route to the beach ramp winds through a nearby condo complex and can be confusing, and the turn into the parking garage is tight.
The condo hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. Dirty laundry from the previous guests was still on the floor, and the cleaners said no one was supposed to be staying there for the next six months. The toilets had black mold, and the tub in the main bathroom was gross.
