We sometimes deliver flowers here for guests, and the company even sends them to employees for birthdays or work anniversaries. The staff are kind and helpful, so this is also where we put up our employees when holiday shifts run especially long. It's a nice perk for them, with plenty of amenities nearby and no long drive home.

Sandy at the front desk was especially hospitable, always greeting us with a smile and wishing us luck as we headed to our lacrosse games. The accommodations were clean, the staff pleasant, and the price was good for what we got. We'll definitely stay again.

The staff were top notch, and I thought it was cool that they added 10k bonus points to my Bonvoy account for the inconvenience without me asking. On our last day, the whole hotel had no hot water for showers. The rooms are a bit dated, and my AC wasn't great, though other people on the trip had no trouble with theirs. No biggie. Marriott always makes it right.

Paula made me feel welcome from my first call to the front desk through arrival. She was kind, down-to-earth, and somehow kept check-in moving while greeting guests, answering the phone, remembering room details, and sharing a funny personal story. I was impressed by how easily she juggled everything. The hotel sits in a quiet, tree-lined spot, and my room was clean and well-appointed. The balcony was a welcome surprise, since most hotels don't have one. Thanks to Paula for making the visit memorable. I'd recommend this place for business or leisure if you're after warm service and a welcoming feel.
