The breakfast was really good, with healthier choices like an egg white omelet and turkey sausage, and the rooms were very clean. Housekeeping was just as friendly as the front desk. We met one staff member in the hallway, and she gave my granddaughter a little toy and even helped me with my Spanish. Norma at the front desk was especially helpful and friendly in the morning. We had an excellent stay, and I’d recommend the hotel and stay again.

We were upgraded to a roomy suite with plenty of bathroom space, and it was clean and quiet. The cinnamon rolls were fabulous. We’ll definitely be back.

The breakfast alone was a treat: biscuits and gravy, crispy bacon, fresh waffles, cinnamon rolls, yum. After trying about half the other local places, this is now our choice when we come to St. Charles for shows at the Arcada. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms and shared spaces were very nice and clean.

A quiet place away from the bustle, and it was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was the usual hotel fare, and the coffee was good. I’d absolutely stay here again.
