We chose another hotel after seeing the room conditions. In one room, the carpet was heavily stained, and the furniture had marks that looked like bodily fluids or vomit. It didn't seem properly cleaned before check-in, and we took photos. We raised our concerns but weren't offered a refund. Our group was in town for a funeral this week. The location was convenient, with food, shopping, and restaurants nearby, but cleanliness and room standards need serious work. The front desk also isn't staffed all the time, so arriving guests may have to call a number for help. The low price may suit a quick stay, but people may want to pay a little more for better rooms and service.

I booked through super.com, but the deposit wasn't shown or mentioned. I couldn't afford it, and the hotel won't refund me or move my reservation from Saturday to Thursday, when the rates are cheaper. They wouldn't lose money on the lower weekday rate, and I'm only asking to use what I paid for, not for a free stay. The booking site is willing to refund me, but the hotel won't refund or change the date. I've spent the past two days going back and forth between both companies. It's hard enough out there without businesses choosing to keep your money instead of your business.

It's affordable and quiet at night, with warm rooms and showers that stay hot. Everything is close enough for an easy walk, and the hosts were kind and accommodating. I had a great stay. It's worth booking for a week or two.

There was an odor in the hotel that set off my allergies and asthma. They tried to put us on the second floor, but there was no elevator and I'd just had knee surgery. We ended up in a first-floor room that felt like a dungeon. There was mold in the shower, which I'm allergic to, and then I checked the bed and saw tiny black specks that looked like bed bugs. My partner and I left right away and went across the street to Holiday. It cost us $200 more, but the room was clean, mold-free, had an elevator and accessible rooms, and had no bugs.

The rooms are old, outdated, and smell old. I was asked to move my truck so RVs could use the prime parking spots for the winter. I thought this was a hotel lot, not a place to store vehicles. It didn't feel very customer-oriented, and I won't stay here again. I wish I could get a refund for the days I had left and go somewhere better.
